Responsibilities:
- Analyze business processes and CRM platform needs to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Develop and implement data analysis strategies, methodologies, and best practices aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive system-scale process and platform improvements (AI/ML experience is a plus).
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports translating data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
- Create technical documentation capturing incident/issue symptoms, root causes, business impact, and resolutions.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in analytics or related roles.
- Deep technical knowledge of marketing CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills, including communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience creating clear and concise reports, presentations, and data visualizations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting software and tools.
- Experience gathering data from various sources, cleaning, organizing, and applying analytical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Experience with online services (SAAS) and subscription-based services at scale.
- Track record of driving change with data and thriving in ambiguous, evolving environments.
- Exceptional cross-group collaboration, self-starter mentality, and big-picture thinking.
- Experience directing large cross-functional teams.
- AI/ML experience.
Education:
- BA/BS or advanced degree in Analytics, Marketing, or Engineering.
