This role requires a results-driven leader with strong experience in new market segment development, email marketing strategy, expert level user knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot, and a deep understanding of the print and packaging landscape. <\/p>
This client prefers candidates already in the Bend, Tualatin + surrounding areas OR someone already planning to move to Oregon. <\/strong> This Marketing Director will:<\/strong> In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and\/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.<\/p>
This Marketing Director must have:<\/strong>
- Expert level knowledge of Salesforce, specifically Pardot
- Expert in developing and deploying email marketing campaigns
- Experience in healthcare, specifically hospital systems preferred
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience managing teams of 5+ people
- Strong understanding of the print marketing and packaging industry<\/p>
- Manage and mentor a growing Graphic Design & Marketing team (5-8 people)
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth, demand generation, and market expansion.
- Build and manage the annual marketing budget; allocate resources across campaigns, events, and channels for maximum ROI.
- Oversee and optimize email marketing automation workflows via Salesforce and Pardot.
- Lead the development of integrated marketing campaigns including email, digital, print, and direct mail.
- Plan and execute tradeshows, industry events, and customer engagements that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Spearhead the marketing launch of new products and services from the ground up, especially in emerging verticals.
- Have experience with developing new market segments and products.
- Own brand consistency across all marketing materials, messaging, and platforms.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, and Product to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
