




Build and Solutions Analyst
Position Overview
The Build and Solutions Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IT infrastructure solutions that meet the needs of the organization. This role focuses on system integration, requirements gathering, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with business objectives.
This is a 12-month remote contract but candidates must be local to Los Angeles/Culver City, CA to be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for building solutions using a Workflow design CRM tool.
- Build marketing campaigns integrated with multiple data streams to enable on device communications to our customers.
- Work with Product teams to get new features implemented.
- Communicate effectively. Convey ideas and potential solutions clearly to others.
- Approach problems with creativity, thinking outside the box to find innovative solutions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effectively collaborate and communicate with UAT teams, to deliver a high quality product to the customer.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product, Analytics, and Engineering.
- Flexibility to adapt to new technologies and changing business requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelors in Engineering and 5+ years experience working in the IT industry.
- 3+ years of experience with crafting solutions based on business requirements.
- Experience with Workflow development or design tools to create functional designs.
- Experience creating marketing campaigns using CRM tool like Salesforce highly preferred.
- Ability to understand the business and strategy requirements and tailor solutions for the same.
- Experience and good understanding of JavaScript and ability do minor updates when needed.
- Good problem solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical problems and provide solutions.
- Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactively provide status update to the stake holders.
- Self learner with a willingness to learn and adapt.
